市场媒介类/Marketing&Media
1、根据品牌定位&目标用户,筛选符合品牌调性的KOL/KOC在新媒体平台(含小红书、抖音、双微等)进行推广传播;
2、基于达人投放效果,定期进行复盘&调整,对投放效果负责。
1. Select KOL/KOC that conforms to the brand tonality and promote it on new media platforms (including Little Red Book, Tik Tok, Weibo and Wechat etc.) according to the brand positioning & target users;
2. Review and adjust marketing strategy based on the outcome of influencer’s delivery on a regular base, and be responsible for the content serving.
任职要求:
1、在2023年1月-2025年8月期间内毕业 海内外本科以上学历(本/硕/博)的同学皆可投递;
2、市场营销、传播学、艺术学等专业优先;
3、网感好,熟悉新媒体平台(包括但不限于小红书、抖音、双微等);
4、良好的沟通能力,能够从容大方的对外交流。
1. Candidates graduating between January 2023 and August 2025 with a bachelor’s degree or higher (undergraduate/graduate/PhD) from domestic or international universities.
2. Marketing, Communication, Art and other majors are preferred;
3. Internet enthusiasts; be familiarity with new media platforms (including but not limited to Little Red Book, Tik Tok, Weibo and Wechat, etc.);
4. With good communication skills; be able to calmly and generously communicate with foreigners.
