This role is part of our Converse Douyin business operation team, which manages Converse Douyin day-to-day online store business. The major role consists of two parts: process management & improvement and DY Mall daily operation. From this role you can learn how to operate Douyin business platform from a brand point of view and also get engaged with the Converse brand and Nike Inc.
Internal Process management & process improvement: (50%)
• Processes management: DY-related contract system (COUPA), Sample application and Sales mechanism application.
• Counterfeiting product/store take down.
• Keep regular update on workflow manual.
• Make process improvements to the current DY business processes, with a key focus on the existing processes.
Douyin mall daily operation: (50%)
• Weekly competitor analysis.
• Store site merchandising process set up and daily operation.
• KOL project for special sessions
Requirement
• University/Master undergraduate
• Passionate and curious about E-commerce business
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS office, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and Feishu
• Logical/Strategic thinking and data analyzing capabilities
• High attention to detail, keep continuous improvement in mind.
