This role is part of the MBS organization and directly report to Assistant to Head of Buy & Pay Services and Group Procurement. The primary responsibility for this position will be supporting procurement related contracts, purchase requests, purchase orders finalization and archive. In this role you will develop experience, skills, and knowledge in organizational policies, indirect / direct sourcing related procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Provide operational and administrative support for global and local sourcing contract management, incl. paper signing and electronic stamp process
System support in Ariba S2C module
Support supplier S2C negotiation
Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by MBS B&P Team
Qualification Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree or above in business administration, economics, Supply Chain Management or other relevant discipline
Proactive, well-organized and the ability to work in a team environment
Good command of English, both written and oral
A high detail-oriented working habit is a must-have
Good communication and interpersonal skills, willing to learn new things
Be able to master office tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint etc.
