Job Summary:
The main task is related to the end-to-end lifecycle of bot creation, implementation and maintenance. This role involves utilizing various technologies and techniques to automate business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce human error.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop bots using automation tools or programming languages, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
Perform functional and integration testing to ensure the quality and reliability of developed bots.
Deploy developed bots to production environment and ensure smoothly working after go-live.
Document the bot automation processes for future reference and maintenance.
Monitor and maintain existing bots, solving any issues or bugs that arise.
Required Qualifications (= Skills & Experience) & Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
Good at spoken and written English.
Familiarity with at least one of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java).
Attention to detail, with a strong focus on quality and reliability.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and automation tools.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively, while meeting deadlines.
Solid understanding of automation best practices and principles, with the ability to apply them in diverse business scenarios.
Understanding of purchasing processes is a plus.
AI+ knowledge is a plus.
