职位描述
【Key Responsibilities】
1. Have strong ability to organize meetnigs/ workshops. prepare related documents such as agenda, meeting minutes, PPT design and report updating as well as facilite preparation.
2. Document approval support: support on the official document approval process incl. invitation letter, memo, chop usage, etc.
3. Office supply management: support on office supply ordering managing and distribution.
4. Managers assisstant: Support on managers for travel booking, meeting booking and expense claiming (incl. travel claim, company car claim, etc.)
5. Can write good articles, can work as copywriter of IT project and systems. Support communication documentation for newsletter, wechat etc.
6. Can manage team folder and take part in project as assistant.
7. Responsible for officle environment management to ensure internal and external assocaites fulfil 5s Standard.
8. Can prepare communication draft including documents and videos. Be innovative and proactive in working .
9. Supplier support: support on supplier account and ID card application, supplier off-boarding account/access disabling.
【Qualifications】
1. Proficient English with good communication skills.
2. Microsoft Office systems competency, web development is a plus.
3. Strong organization ability and team spirit, have passion to take care of people.
4. Good writing skill, can write good/interesting articles in both Chinese and English. Can create/ Edit pictures for communication.
5. Be diligent in learning and active to improve the work quality and ability.
