About you
As a management trainee, you will undergo a 12-month management training program to
become the future leader of the company in operations or culinary.
Responsibilities as a Management Trainee
● Receive hands-on and virtual training in many disciplines: Operations, Culinary,
Catering Management, Food & Beverage, Human Resources, Finance and Marketing,
Communication and Engagement.
● Immerse yourself in the operations through mini departmental rotations to learn various
functions, operations workflow, management viewpoints and company policies and
practices affecting each phase of business development.
● You will be with high exposure to the top management team, fast tacking compensation
schemes, and a designated mentor and coach will ensure you have continuous support
and help to realize your potential and advance in your career.
● Meet performance goals and objectives set by management and report regularly to
management on progress in achieving goals and objectives.
Minimum Qualifications & Attributes
● Bachelor’s degree or higher level education (associate’s degree acceptable for Culinary only)
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
● Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
● Strong problem-solving skills
● Ability to work in a tough environment
● Ability to work under pressure and challenges, not only mentally but physically
● Able to work in an international environment
