职位描述
Responsibilities
-Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing resume, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
-Job posting, maintaining the job board on ITC official website and other Job posting websites E.g Boss, LinkdedIn, Liepin, Shixiseng.
-Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and attract top-quality candidates. Common candidate profiles include senior consultants, project managers/directors, developers, business/data analysts, etc.
-Candidate database managing and expanding, maintaining ITC's current candidate profile. Constantly update the candidate status in internal applications.
-Assist with the HR Executive for the paperwork and interview coordination process. E.g prepare the meeting minutes, convert candidate resume into company’s formal.
-Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for specific positions. Support the screening, interview invitation, and arrangement.
-Track and analyze market trends and industry developments to stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment practices.
-Collaborate with team members to continuously improve and refine recruitment and consulting processes.
-Assist with the HR Executive and Office Manager, support on-boarding and off-boarding of employees.
-Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences.
Requirements
-Able to commit 4 days per week in Shanghai offce(nice to be 5 days) for 3-6 months
-Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Fluent English and Chinese both written and verbal
-Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
-Good attitude towards work and willingness to learn
-Proactive and highly responsible at work
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
