Key responsibilities
Follow the defined processes to handle tasks during the task lifecycle (assign owner, confirm deadline, check progress, start translation task, close task, etc.)
Coordinate projects to ensure tasks are delivered as planned, communicating with stakeholders (marketers, developers, product owners) and the team (content strategists, copywriters and translators).
Support team operations, coordinating meeting schedules with participants and moderating meetings.
Collect feedback about tools and platforms from team members.
Qualifications
English communication proficiency (speaking and writing).
Fast learner. The ability to acquire knowledge of new processes, tools, and business models.
Good team player. Commitment to filling the gaps between teams and between business stakeholders.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Prior experience in project management is a plus.
