Continuous improvement project:
Interview with each role in Controlling team to understand the main job scopes and standard operation procedures.

AR and FA accountant (for AR and FA related work instructions)
应收与固定资产会计(应收账款和固定资产相关工作指引)
AP and GL accountant (for AP and GL related work instructions)
应付与总账会计(应付账款和总账相关工作指引)
Internal Control and Group reporting accountant (for IC, financial analysis and group reporting related work instructions)
内控与集团报告会计(内控,财务分析以及集团报告相关工作指引)
Controlling Manager (for Budget, Transfer Pricing and Group Insurance related work instructions)
控制经理(预算、转移定价以及集团保险等相关工作指引)
Draft the work instructions for each function based on the interviews.
基于访谈结果,起草每个工作职能相关的工作指引。
Test and finalize the work instructions with owners.
与受访者一起测试并定稿相关工作指引。
Others:
Support Safran China AP daily jobs.
支持赛峰中国应付会计的日常工作。
Other tasks assigned by manager.

Requirements:
Education: Accounting/Finance majors preferred.
学历:会计/金融专业优先。
Experience: Finance/accounting intern experience preferred.
经验:财务/会计实习经验优先
Computer Skills: Standard computer skills: experience in Excel, Word, and PPT. PBI or Python is a plus.
计算机技能:标准计算机技能:具有Excel,Word和PPT的经验。有PBI或者Python等自动化工具基础更佳。
Writing Skills: Excellent writing skill in both Chinese and English is a must. (with few or no mistakes in his/her deliverables)
写作技能:优秀的双语写作技能为必需条件(提交的草稿没有或仅有少量错误)。
Other Skills: Open and proactive, rigorous and logical, result-oriented.
其他技能:善于沟通并积极主动。 严谨细致。结果导向。
