Reimbursement check and approval ;
Preparation for new comers: computer, stationery, 5S relevant ;
On board training for new employees;
Stationery/IT equipment distribution for department ;
Workshop & meeting & training & other department activities preparation support ;
Department or annual party gifts distribution ;
Dept. VIP meal card record
Office 5S coordinator;
Maintain Printer
Meeting room booking;
Coffee break booking;
Other tasks of admin
