Major Responsibilities:
1. Operation Excellence Follow Up
• Supporting the SOP Optimization
• Non-product material replenishment order consolidation.
• Update store layout to utilize store space organization.
• Store basic information update.
• Follow up store contract renewal, file sealing, and payment arrangement.
• Monitoring the store operation budget usage
• Supporting the uniform management
2. OP Project Preparation
• Support stores opening force preparation
• Video production to support different projects
• Survey and data analysis for tools deployment
• Store Minor Renovation consolidation
• Other New operation project supporting
3. Other Daily Operation Supporting
• Operation procedure document translation
• Other daily supporting for store operation team
Requirements & Capabilities:
• University degree or above
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Efficient execution and good adaptability to changes
• Self-driven, can work under pressure
• Multitasking, can meet deadlines
• Good oral and written English
• Good office software application (word, excel, PPT)
