Your Responsibilities:
 Support on Volkswagen Talent Management & Succession Planning;
 Support on development process towards Management & Leadership in organization, implementation, feedback review and payment process;
 Support on Management & Leadership qualification;
 Support on joint-projects & programs with other VGC entities;
 Support on diagnostic for talent selection;
 Support on department event organization, internal communication and department related daily tasks.
Our Requirements:
 Enrolled university student with outstanding academic record;
 Fluent in spoken and written English (German is a plus);
 Proficient in Microsoft office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)&semi and python.
 Basic data analysis skills are a plus;
 Preference will be given to applicants with knowledge of Personnel Development, or with relevant work experience
 Highly interested in working in HR field, willing to learn and can work under pressure with a positive attitude
 Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills;
 Availability for 5 days per Week (preference)
