Job Description:
1. Be responsible for supporting HRBP’s daily work, including data maintenance, file management, role management, etc.
2. Maintain the employee relationship, training and development.
3. Be responsible for planning and designing the publicity materials (poster, banner, wording, etc.) in large-scale events planning and development, such as career development, upskill & reskill, etc.
4. Have the chance to work with the HR COE team on topics of Talent management/Training/Compensation Benefit.
5. Support and prepare workshops, internal interviews and other internal meetings.
6. Support mentor to finish other tasks.
Qualifications:
1. Prefer major in Management or Language; Nice to have HR and organize events internship experience.
2. 4-5 working days per week (flexible), and no less than 6 months; Can be on board within one month.
3. Excellent language skills in English or Germany (written and oral).
4. Good MS Office skills, including but not limited to Word, Excel (VLOOKUP skill), and PowerPoint.
5. Good communication ability and strong working motivation.
6. Responsible, available to work under pressure, strong interpersonal skills.
