职位描述
Job Responsibilities 工作职责:
1)Work on HR Administrative duties, including but not limited to:
Assist in HR to organize training, events, and HR activities; 协助组织内部培训以及HR活动;
Assist in HR Document filing, including hard copy filling and E-filing; 人力资源档案整理,数据信息维护;
Assist in Interview and employee life-cycle management; 协助安排面试以及员工入职、离职等安排;
Assist HR team in data collection, analysis and making datasheet, delivering ad-hoc HR reports. 协助人力资源数据收集、分析以及完成相关的人力资源报告
Assist in payment process. 协助付款申请流程
2) Support on the communication and coordination of HR Projects 支持人力资源项目的沟通与协调
3) Other HR task support assigned其他人力资源任务支持等
Job Requirement 任职要求:
1) Master or above, good interpersonal skill and English writing/speaking capability
硕士及以上,良好的人际交往能力且较好的英语书写/沟通能力
2) Carefully, Responsible, quick-learner and diligent; 工作细致,富有责任心,学习能力强且做事勤勉;
3) Proficient in Microsoft Office 能熟练操作office软件
4) Available to be on-duty at least 2-3 days per week for 6 months internship. 实习期为6个月以上,至少每周工作2-3天。
